1. Who we are
EuroLexAI is operated by Infocredit Group Ltd, Filippou Chatzigeorgiou 5a, Nicosia 2006, Cyprus. For the purposes of the GDPR, Infocredit Group is the data controller of personal data processed through this website and the EuroLexAI platform.
You can reach our compliance team at compliance@infocreditgroup.com or +357 22 398000.
2. What data we collect
- Identity & contact data — name, company, email, phone, country, industry — when you book a demo or contact us.
- Account data — credentials and role, when you use the EuroLexAI platform.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, search queries (anonymised where possible).
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device, operating system, referrer.
- Cookies & similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on one of the following GDPR legal bases:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for non-essential cookies and marketing communications.
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver the services you request (e.g. demo, trial, subscription).
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to secure our systems, prevent fraud and improve the platform.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to comply with EU and Cyprus law (e.g. AML, tax, accounting).
4. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and schedule demos.
- To provide, maintain and secure the EuroLexAI platform.
- To send service communications and, with your consent, marketing updates.
- To produce aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
- To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with vetted processors acting on documented instructions — including hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and our technology partner LexisNexis (RELX Inc. and its affiliates) where strictly required to deliver the service. All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and complementary safeguards.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law. Demo enquiries are typically kept for 24 months; account data is kept for the duration of the contract plus the legally required retention period.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request rectification or erasure.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
To exercise these rights, contact compliance@infocreditgroup.com. See our GDPR page for details.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures aligned with ISO 27001 principles — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging, vendor due diligence and regular security reviews.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology or our services. The "Last updated" date above will always show the current version.
