By accessing or using EuroLexAI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or platform.

EuroLexAI provides AI-powered legal research, drafting, regulatory intelligence and workflow tools. Certain features are powered by content and technology from LexisNexis (RELX Inc. and its affiliates), used by EuroLexAI under permission. EuroLexAI is an independent product of Infocredit Group and is not a LexisNexis product or service.

EuroLexAI provides information and AI-generated outputs to support legal professionals. Outputs are not legal advice and do not establish a lawyer-client relationship. You remain responsible for reviewing, validating and applying any output to your matter.

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security controls.
• Do not upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.
• Do not use outputs to make solely automated decisions with legal effect on individuals without appropriate safeguards.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

The EuroLexAI platform, brand and underlying software are the property of Infocredit Group Ltd. LexisNexis trademarks belong to RELX Inc. and its affiliates. Subject to your subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and our GDPR commitments. Customer content remains your property; we use it only to deliver and improve the service as permitted by your contract.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infocredit Group disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Each party's aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Nicosia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or, for subscribers, by email.
